Shameem Sangha has studied human psychology, behaviour and performance for more than two decades. Her work has shown that success can be optimised when values, purpose and reputation align. Constructive discussions that raise self-awareness are critical to operating with courage, authenticity and resilience. Shameem’s reputation is one of absolute discretion, honesty and empathy, alongside total commitment to both supporting and challenging her clients.

Shameem founded Rousseau to assess, advise and work with professionals in the private equity industry and broadened out to serve clients across the private and social sectors. Previously, she worked with the leadership consulting firm Spencer Stuart and the strategy consulting firm Oliver, Wyman & Company, having read Economics at Cambridge University.

Shameem also manages a collection of antique violins and distils gin.
